30-DAY RETURN & 30-DAY COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING POLICY


At Emma's Diamonds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, ensuring that you have plenty of time to decide if your jewelry is perfect for you.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date for an exchange or a full refund. The timeline for returns, exchanges, and resizing starts from the date of purchase. We take pride in offering exceptional standards in our jewelry, and we want to ensure you're completely happy with your selection!

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved or Resized items
  • Exchanged Items
  • Layaway or Financed Orders
  • Custom-Designed jewelry
  • Eternity Rings and Bands

Please note that any alterations to orders in process will void the complimentary resize, return, and exchange policies.

Complimentary Resizing

We also offer one complimentary resizing for our standard ring styles within 30 days of purchase. Please note:

  • Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design.
  • Custom, modified, and engraved rings may incur resizing fees.
  • After the 30-day period, resizing is available for a fee, as long as it is within the jeweler's recommended sizing range.

Important: For international orders (outside the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia), free resizing is not offered due to potential taxes.

How to Return an Order

  1. Obtain the Return Shipping Authorization Code:
    Contact us at 833.406.8660 to get your Return Shipping Authorization Code and detailed instructions for the return process. Be sure to write the authorization code on the outside of the package.
    Note: Returns without an Emma's Diamonds RMA code or improper packaging will be refused.
  2. Packing Your Return:
    For returns and exchanges, include:
    • All original packaging
    • Packing slip
    • All paperwork
      Please note: A $150 fee will be charged for missing certificates. For resizes, do not include the original paperwork or packaging.

Important: For security reasons, do not label the package with words like jewelry, diamonds, etc.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance department will inspect the item. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days. Your refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, or by check if you paid via bank wire, cash, or other special methods.

  • International orders: Refunds for international bank wire purchases will be processed in USD based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds to credit cards may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your account.

Please Note:

  • Packages without a return shipping authorization or that are refused delivery will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping authorizations are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
  • If your return authorization expires, contact us at 833.406.8660 to request a new one.
