Payment Methods

For your convenience, Emma's Diamonds accepts a variety of payment methods:

  • MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover

  • PayPal

  • Acima Leasing

Shipping and Handling

All packages shipped from Emma's Diamonds are fully insured to your doorstep. For security purposes, a signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any signature waivers that you may have on file with any shipping companies.

International Shipping

Emma's Diamonds does not ship to APO and FPO addresses at this time. We currently ship free of charge to Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico via UPS, and USPS. Please call a representative at 833-406-8660 for the latest list of added countries. All shipments are fully insured during transit. International customers can pay through Credit Card, Bank Wire, PayPal. International customers, please contact your country's customs department for additional duties and taxes.

Alternate Shipping Address

If your billing address is a P.O. Box or if you would like your delivery to be discreet, you can provide a shipping address other than your billing address. For added security from fraudulent charges to your credit card, please provide the alternate shipping address to your credit card company. A customer care representative will verify that both addresses are on file with your credit card company.

Saturday Delivery

For your convenience, Saturday delivery can be arranged if weekday delivery is not suitable. Though UPS or FedEx provides this service to a vast majority of US cities, delivery in your area is subject to availability.

Ring Sizing

Emma's Diamonds offers free ring sizing of rings excluding eternity bands within the first 30 days from the original shipment. The customer would be responsible for the shipping costs back & forth. Most rings can be resized within 7-12 business days.

Repair Service

Emma's Diamonds offers repair services. A fee may apply for any service or repair item that may seem abused or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back & forth. Please call a representative toll-free at 833-406-8660 for further details.

Layaway plans

All deposits and/or payments towards a layaway plan purchase are non-refundable but can be used as a store credit on an item of equal or greater value.

Sales Tax

All orders made within the State of California will be subject to sales tax.

Modifications to this Agreement

You agree that Emma's Diamonds reserves the right to change or modify any of the Terms and Conditions or/and any guideline, or policy at any time, and in its sole discretion. You agree that posting the modified Terms and Conditions or policies on our Site will constitute sufficient notice of such modification.

Product Availability And Pricing

Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. The prices and availability of all diamonds and jewelry are subject to change without notice. The prices of any of the products are subject to change, and may change at any time without any notice to any parties. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Information On Our Site

At Emma's Diamonds, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. Some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Emma's Diamonds states that total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 from stated weight.

At Emma's Diamonds, we only purchase diamonds through respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
